RARE LIMITED EDITION 1995 HOMMAGE TO RENE LALIQUE Vase

consideration is one MAGNIFICANT CRYSTAL LALIQUE VASE called
"HOMMAGE a Rene Lalique 1995".
This unbelievable vase is a numbered, limited edition of  999, and stands 11" tall and just over 8" at the widest part. This Vase is MOUTH-BLOWN, in clear satin-finished and transparent crystal.
This rare limited edition vase was designed by Lalique to honor the beautiful designs  of it’s founder, Rene Lalique.
The description of this vase reads-
We are inviting to enter the beautiful world of LALIQUE. As our gaze moves over the four sides of the Vase, we are drawn into a fantastic sea-world where water-nymphs dance gracefully amongst the underwater foliage, reminiscent of the Rene LALIQUE's jewellery designs, combining insects and the feminine form.
This underwater voyage of discovery takes place within a world of clear crystal, where shimmering fish seem to leap amongst satin-finished crystal waves, their gleaming scales finely worked in relief.
The two other sides of the Vase feature floral and plant decorations, created with minute attention to detail. Sculpted in relief, with subtle nuances of satin-finished crystal, charming little chaffinches nestle in the boughs of blossoming apple trees.
The fourth scene is a truly elegant
portrayal of feminine beauty. Interlaced branches of apple trees gently cradle the languid limbs of maidens, whose nudity is discreetly hidden by veils of satin-finished crystal.
The vase was hand-crafted in Lalique’s workshops which are located in the Alsace region of France.
The vase is signed "Lalique ® France" in handwritten script on front base and Numbered on the bottom  504 /999.
Each vase is unique and numbered. Condition is excellent.
The 5 of the 2005 date on front appears a tiny bit lighter due to manufacturing.  There are no chips,  scratches, or cracks to be found. There are no surface wear scratches on the bottom as it has the original pads.
When René Lalique passed away in 1945 his son Marc took over the business. One of the first changes Marc made was to increase the amount of lead oxide in the batch from 12 to 24%. This changed the material from demi crystal to full lead crystal. It made the products much heavier, even if made in the same molds. It also made them more transparent and gave them a brighter sparkle.
