The cook-top measures approximately 15" wide and 15" across, which provides 225 square inches of cooking area. It is manufactured from 7 gauge steel, which makes it stronger than other cook-tops at high temperatures. The cook-top weighs approximately 7 lbs., and comes with seasoning and care instructions.
Works with both wood and charcoal, however it is recommended to primarily use charcoal with this application.
