Shipping Policy
At Total Sports Enterprises, we aim to ship your order in a timely manner.
Domestic
Low Flat-Rate Shipping on all Ground Orders within the contiguous U.S.A! We combine shipments of multiple items if possible. Orders ship within three (3) business days unless otherwise noted.
International
We participate in eBay's Global Shipping Program for shipments outside the continental U.S.A. The shipping cost shown includes estimated shipping and import charges; the full and final charges will be available at checkout, and can also be viewed on the Order details page.
The shipping charges include our Low Flat-Rate cost for shipping your order to the nearest eBay distribution center, as well as international shipping, handling, and other fees charged by eBay to ship your order from the distribution center to you under the Global Shipping Program.
We combine shipments of multiple items if possible. Orders ship to the nearest eBay distribution center within three (3) business days unless otherwise noted.
The import charges include any customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and other fees.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy
We will gladly accept the return of any licensed or unsigned item due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. In order for TSE to accept and process a return of signed items, ALL authentication materials (hologram and Certificate of Authenticity) MUST be present. Return must also include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including all packaging, tags and labels. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Any shipping costs associated with returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Customer will be charged a 15% Restocking/Handling fee per returned Item.
Total Sports Enterprises will handle your return within 10 business days of receipt.
Total Sports Enterprises will not be held responsible for lost mail, packages, shipments.
Please Note: If items are returned after our 30 day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return.
